Terms
These Terms describe how Bring That, Please works and the responsibilities of people who use it.
About Bring That
Bring That connects people who want an item from another place with people already traveling that route.
Bring That is not the buyer, seller, traveler, carrier, customs broker, payment provider, or escrow provider. It is not a party to the purchase or the handoff.
Bring That does not take possession of items as part of this service.
How the marketplace works
Someone can post a Request with a photo, item name, and route. Travelers can browse Requests or share a Trip. If two people connect, they talk in Chat.
Bring That provides discovery, messaging, and lightweight safety tools. It does not run the transaction.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- what you post, send, and share
- deciding whether to talk with, pay, or meet another person
- whether an item is legal and allowed to travel on your route
- following applicable law and relevant customs, airline, carrier, and transport rules
Bring That does not make those decisions for you.
Items and legal compliance
Some items cannot be requested or carried through Bring That. See Prohibited items.
A Request on Bring That is not approval, verification, or clearance of the item.
Payments, purchases and handoff
Price, payment, purchase, transportation, and handoff are arranged directly between the buyer and traveler.
Bring That does not process payments, hold money, buy the item, transport the item, handle customs, guarantee another person, guarantee the item, guarantee payment, guarantee delivery or handoff, provide refunds, provide buyer protection, or provide insurance.
Requests, Trips and messages
You can post Requests, create Trips, and send messages. You are responsible for that content.
Other people may see public Request and Trip information. Chat stays between the people in that conversation, except when a report needs limited context for review.
Do not post or send anything that breaks these pages or applicable law.
Contact sharing
Saved contact details stay private until you choose to share them in Chat. A shared contact is a snapshot sent to the other person in that conversation.
Reports, blocking and moderation
You can report a Request or a person, and you can block someone to stop further marketplace messaging between you.
Bring That may remove a Request or suspend an account when it becomes aware of a policy or safety problem. Sending a report does not automatically punish anyone. Bring That does not provide a general private-chat inbox for operators.
Availability
Bring That is an early marketplace. Features may change, pause, or be unavailable. This page does not promise uninterrupted service.
